Celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee with lunch in Merton Park

Merton Park residents and organisations are inviting people to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee on Sunday, June 3.

The Merton Park Big Jubilee Lunch will be held at St Mary's Church Glebe Field, Merton Park, between noon and 5pm.

Everyone should bring a picnic, although there will be refreshments and cakes available, a brass band, fun races, treasure hunt and a decorate a crown stall.

Entry is by ticket only, which are free but limited. More details about tickets to follow.

Local organisations involved in the event include The John Innes Society, St. Mary's Church, Merton Park Primary School, Merton Park Ward Residents Association, Merton Park Scouts and Brownies.
