Council's Online Services Down This Weekend

Due to essential works being undertaken on electrical supplies and IT services at Merton Council's Civic Centre this weekend, 18 and 19 June, none of the council's online interactive services will be available. 

Systems will be down from approximately 6am on Saturday 18 June and restored by 6pm Sunday 19 June. The main telephone network will remain operational as will a static non-interactive copy of the council's website. 

Anyone urgently needing to use interactive services, for example to make payments, book into courses or report issues, should take the works into account and do it before the weekend. 

For urgent enquiries the council will be available out of hours on 020 8543 9750. An out-of-hours social services standby service is also available on 020 8770 5000.
