Jewellery plundered from house in Wimbledon

Police are investigating the theft of several items of high valued jewellery from a house in Church Road in Wimbledon.
Officers believe a break-in took place on Monday 8 October.
A substantial quantity of jewellery was taken, including a diamond encrusted Cartier watch worth £35,000 and a Cartier platinum diamond ring with two yellow diamonds, worth £70,000.
Other items stolen include watches, bracelets and rings worth up to £7,000 each, several of which are also by Cartier.
Both the watches have 'Squirrels Wood' engraved on the back of them.
Detective Constable Debbie Goff of Merton police said: "We need to hear from anyone with information about the burglary or the stolen jewellery, which is of major sentimental value to its owner."
