Merton council have published a 92 page document detailing it's renewed parking policy for the borough.
The policy is being released ahead of a review due in November, which will outline changes in traffic offences. It will also set out plans for traffic offences and how it employs mobile camera units.
The document covers the latest parking legislation, how a penalty charge notice is served, exemptions and the conditions of holding a blue badge.
It also explains the different types of parking violations which may arise.
The council also say they're making every effort to make parking as fair and affordable as possible.
Unlike many boroughs, Merton has frozen the cost of residents' parking permits and reduced half day visitor parking permits from £2.50 to £1.50.
Merton Council cabinet member for performance and implementation Councillor Mark Betteridge said: "We know people want to see our parking policy for themselves, and we have now updated it and published it on our website."
