Merton has a number of activities available for our children and young people who have just started their summer holidays.

Council youth centres across the borough are running a summer programme packed with fun workshops on music, poetry, cooking, nail art, and many more activities. Some centres have even arranged trips to Laser Quest and Thorpe Park.

The council have also opened up its paddling pools for children to enjoy.

Cabinet member for children's services, Councillor Maxi Martin said: "This summer we have a host of events available to keep our young people occupied. We are committed to making Merton a great place for young people to grow up in and enjoy."
