    I have a bit of a hairdresser phobia so would like to go somewhere where they will actually listen to what I want, instead of doing what they think! Can anyone help?

    Yes! The Aveda Salon opposite Elys is amazing – they are very careful to listen to what the client wants and they don't try to hurry you out as soon as possible. I had a very bad experience in Sean Hanna so I'd avoid that!
