Volunteers Needed For Wimbledon Village Fair

This year’s Wimbledon Village Fair will take place on Wimbledon Common Southside on Saturday 18 June. It’s always a great day out with a horse show, dog show, farmer’s market and over 200 stalls selling all kinds of crafts and other items. There’s also a stage to provide entertainment all day long, a farmer’s market and a wide range of delicious food on offer.

The Wimbledon Guild who organise the event are seeking volunteers to help on the day. Duties will include directing stallholders to their pitches, setting up stalls, giving information, selling raffle tickets, shaking collection tins and clearing everything away at the end of the day. If you can do all day or part of the day they’d love to hear from you. Do be aware that if you’re under 18 you will need a parent or guardian’s permission to take part.
