I can not thank Sharon enough for how great my endo has made me feel, after 5 sessions I am already being complemented on my "much better bum!" Everybody should try it! I would not go anywhere else now I have found this little place and I am so pleased that I have found them! The girls make you feel right at home and take real pride in their work, making sure you always get exactly what you want. I absolutely love the atmosphere at Radiance and cannot wait for my next visit!

I really would recommend this salon to everyone. I was very pleased with the care I got while I was there, also I was impressed by the amount of time my therapist spent on my face and I have notice a great difference in my skin. I went for a Groupon mini facial back neck and shoulder with shape and paint. The booking company taking my booking offered me to upgrade for only £35.
I went for the Dermalogica facial along with a Caribbean massage and guess what it was absolutely fantastic so I am shouting about it. I was given above and beyond excellent services and time by both therapist and salon my therapist Anda helped me to make a correct decision to improve my beauty. WOW I didn't know such poor custmer service existed!
A friend of mine bought me a massage (via Groupon) for my birthday. I had the massage but couldn't believe how rude the staff were, the receptionist was being appauling to a customer on the phone. The room I was in for my massage was dull and cold. My friend again bourght me voucher for Xmas (oh no) I have tried several times to book but boy-oh-boy are they doing their best to offer me unsuitable times and dates, despite me offering several options I can do. They have said the appts are, "subject to availability", clearly they hate Groupon customers and are sticking 2 fingers up at me.
I have never come across such appauling customer service.
My advice to you is find another salon, their are pleanty that will welcome you. I can see why they have to use Groupon as I woudl NEVER pay full price for ANY treatments here. -

Radiance my one and only
I regularly attend Radiance for almost every beauty treatment and not once have I had a bad experience. Shawn is my regular therapist but I have also seen the other girls such as Megan and Lena; all are lovely. I love to get waxing or facials with Shawn as she tends to my skins needs. Megan is a great masseuse who has helped my back pain to lessen, Lena offers a great deal on the shellac nail service and takes her time as she is a perfectionist. Radiance is the only beauty salon I will go to, the service is great and the therapists are so nice and friendly.

Awesome experience
Awesome experience at Radiance Health and Beauty followed purchasing my voucher from Groupon I booked my hot stone massage via email, prompt booking respond from the team and this weekend I enjoyed my massage. Very professional, very attentive, welcoming, helpful and enjoyable. I was treated with respect and very modest by my therapist Lena.
I have already told my friends about them and purchase their massage deal.

Hot Stone Massage
Getting an appointment was extremely difficult. Shawn was not helpful or pleasant on the phone. The young masseuse on the day was very good and professional. But the one hour massage only lasted 30 minutes. Having received the one hour massage voucher as a gift, 30 minutes of actual massage is a rip-off. This is not a good testimonial for Radiance Health & Beauty of Wimbledon. They should provide service for what was paid for. I will neither recommend nor return to that place again.

OUTSTANDING PERSONAL CARE
I have been a client since 2009. Both Shawn and Ursula are exceptional therapists. With the aid of Endermologie, Ursula's guidance on diet and exercise regime my bodyshape has changed. A wide range of treatments are offered all which are delivered with care and attention to each client's needs. I cannot praise them enough, the proof is in the pudding, so please try for yourselves.
