After having my first two children I developed a neck pain, something to do with the way I hold a new born. On both those occasions it passed when they got older. But in 2010 I had another baby and again my neck got very tight and ached across my neck and left shoulder. It got progressively worse until I had tingling all down my left arm and couldnt lie on it when I slept. I had some osteopathy which helped but was very difficult to juggle appointments with with kids and husband. Then I went to rebalance therapy and after only a few sessions, where Giselle was happy to work round the toddler and my time constraints, it was much better and I was pain free. It is only now it is better that I realise how much the pain niggled at me and got me down. It wasn't dreadful but it was always there. Now as the toddler has started nursery and I feel better in myself, I am starting to get fit again and do the Race for Life for a good cause and to give me a goal. I am sure I wouldn't have felt up to taking it on if Giselle at Rebalance Therapy hadn't known her stuff and sorted out my neck in such a kind and professional way. Thank you.
