A series of events are being laid across London next on next year, so people can come forward and express how they feel.
One such event is being held in Merton on the 26th February.
Hosted by the Deputy Mayor for Police and Crime, Stephen Greenhalgh, the idea is to reduce crime in the capital over the next four years.
The draft Police and Crime Plan, could outline how an extra 2,000 officers will be put onto the streets, to introduce better access to police and reporting crime.
The meetings form part of the public consultation on the draft Police and Crime Plan which will be published alongside the latest Metropolitan Police Estates Review.
Stephen Greenhalgh, Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime said: "Policing in the capital is changing and we want to hear the views of Londoners."
"In these challenging economic times, tough decisions will have to be made but ultimately we want to boost public confidence in the police, cut crime, and drive down waste."
