If youre looking to be lied to, let down repeatedly, have your alteration requests ignored and be treated in a thoroughly rude manner, oh and never have your telephone calls returned then this company and disgrace for a proprietor is for you!

I have never encountered such a rude and obnoxious woman. Your wedding day is supposed to be the best day of your life, however, if you use this company you are likely to end up with more stress than you could ever imagine and NO DRESS.

Doreen is incapable of acting in a professional manner and is totally unreliable.

I ordered my dress in February with delivery at the start of June, now 6 weeks prior to my wedding and I was still waiting. AFTER BEING FOBBED OFF WITH LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE BY DOREEN I managed to acquire my dress by dealing direct with the managing director at the UK suppliers head office.

Having received the dress my specific alterations which were requested have not been done.

DOREEN AND UNIQUE BRIDAL DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN MONEY.

THIS IS A UNIQUE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE, ONE OF YOUR WORST NIGHTMARES.
